Helpful Tips
Pam is the “better half” of the firm’s owner. Her only degree is “MRS”, but she’s worked both formally and informally for Nick’s businesses in Canada and the U.S. since 1982. During the years their three daughters were home schooled, she worked part time as a substitute clerk, ran errands and handled copying and filing during tax seasons. She became a full time member of the team once all three girls were in college. As the firm’s Administrative Assistant, Pam performs a variety of clerical tasks and serves as back-up for Reception. She also does basic data entry for the firm and for several clients. Her favorite work duty is “Team Fun and Incentives” – she gets to plan the parties and create the quarterly team award certificates.
